Faculty Research

The Business Faculty Research Alliance (BFRA) was launched in 2021 to share research and encourage collaboration across institutions.

The highlight of my time at UNA was placing second in the Speed Sell Competition, an event provided by the Steele Center for Professional Selling at their Career Summit. I met my current employer, Sherwin Williams, at the competition. I will always be thankful for the opportunities I was given at UNA and each individual who played a role in my success.

Dean’s Message

Why should you choose the UNA Sanders College of Business and Technology? For one important reason: Students are our #1 priority. We are large enough to offer outstanding programs, as you will see below. We also offer some programs that you will not find at the larger universities. We are also small enough to work with each student on an individual basis, even in an online class setting. We offer small class sizes, and students have many opportunities to interact with our faculty members and build life-long relationships. Our #1 goal is to prepare students for rewarding careers. Business and Technology is an excellent career choice and our graduates are placed in excellent internships and full-time positions throughout Alabama and across the United States.

The Sanders College of Business and Technology is the fastest-growing unit of the University. Our undergraduate enrollment has increased by over 30% in the last four years. Our graduate business enrollment has doubled in the last six years to over 1,100 students. The College has approximately 50 dedicated full-time faculty, most holding PhDs from leading universities.
