The Sanders College of Business and Technology is honored to engage our community through four unique initiatives that help organizations overcome challenges, fuel new businesses, equip entrepreneurs, and preserve and celebrate the Muscle Shoals area heritage.
Agile Strategy Lab (link to agilestrategylab.org)
The Agile Strategy Lab is a UNA-based center that helps organizations, teams, and communities navigate complex challenges through collaborative strategy, training, consulting, and applied research. By using practical tools like Strategic Doing and rapid improvement, the Lab helps groups align around shared goals, move ideas into action, and create meaningful impact.

Shoals Shift is a creative effort to attract, nurture, and promote The Shoals creative and tech economy through collaborative meetups and mentorships to enable sustainable growth.

MSNHA conserves, interprets, promotes and develops access to the historic, cultural, natural and recreational resources of the six northwest Alabaman counties of the Tennessee River Basin: Colbert, Franklin, Lauderdale, Lawrence, Limestone & Morgan. Through programs fostering public-private partnerships, MSNHA stimulates community revitalization, improves quality of life, promotes tourism, catalyzes economic development and cultivates the stewardship of our landscape.

The Alabama Small Business Development Center (SBDC) at UNA exists to strengthen Alabama’s economy by providing quality one-on-one assistance, training, and education to small businesses targeted for increasing employment, fostering growth, and improving financial stability.
