The Housing Application for 2026–2027 opens on December 1 at 10:00 AM. The priority application date for new and current residents is March 1.

Housing Renewal for current residents will take place in March 2026. New Student Assignments Round 1 will be distributed by May 31. Application Cancellation Forms must be submitted by May 1, and Assignment Change Request Forms will be reviewed beginning June 1 and ending July 21.

Housing Options & Rates

UNA offers several housing styles to help students find the residential environment that best fits their needs. Residence hall rates are per person, per semester and include furniture, laundry, utilities, and Wi-Fi. Apartment rates are per person, per term and include partial furnishings, utilities, and washer/dryer in rates. Utilities include electric, water, and Wi-Fi and are subject to unit charges for overages.
