Empowering Students and Alumni to Succeed

The Career Center is available to all UNA students and alumni through every stage of career development – from choosing a major to finding an internship or job to making a career change. One-on-one sessions with a member of the career center team are available by appointment, and various services and events are offered throughout the semester.

Career Advising

The University of North Alabama students and alumni can seek guidance with selecting a major, planning a career, developing job-search strategies, and more. 

Assessments

Our career coaches and consultants are able to help you assess your interests, preferences, values, and skills and will discuss with you how these personal factors influence your career planning.

Education & Experiential Learning

We offer career fairs, browse fairs, workshops, internships, externships, job shadowing, job searches, and networking events to help you find the best path forward.

Group and Class Presentations

Our staff welcomes opportunities to speak to classes and student organizations regarding career preparation, graduate school planning, and services we offer.
