The University of North Alabama provides enrollment and degree verification services for current and former students who need official documentation for employers, insurance providers, lenders, or other organizations. Whether you need to verify your current enrollment, degree completion, or past attendance, our Registrar’s Office is here to help.
Current and Former Students
Current Students
Current enrollment verification is available through the National Student Clearinghouse and may be used to confirm enrollment status, anticipated graduation dates, and other academic information.
Former Students
Former students and graduates may request verification of degree completion or prior enrollment history. Official documentation can be provided for employment, continuing education, professional licensure, and other purposes.
Agency Instructions
The following information is intended for employers, credit card companies, scholarship organizations, insurance providers, third parties, and other agencies needing to verify student enrollment at UNA or degrees earned by former students.

Credit Hour Requirements & Enrollment Status
Enrollment status is determined by the number of credit hours a student is enrolled in during a given term. Full-time and part-time classifications may affect financial aid eligibility, insurance coverage, athletic participation, and other university services.
