Group Exercise Classes

Group exercise classes offer a supportive way to build strength, improve endurance, and stay motivated. Class offerings may vary by semester, so students should check the current schedule for available classes and times.

Pilates

Pilates is a low-impact, full-body exercise method that focuses on strengthening the core, improving posture, and enhancing flexibility and body awareness. Through controlled movements, precise alignment, and intentional breathing, participants build muscular endurance and stability while reducing stress on the joints.

Pilates may include mat-based exercises and small equipment such as resistance bands, blocks, or light weights. The class is suitable for all fitness levels, with options and modifications available for beginners through advanced participants.

Spin

Spin is a high-energy 45-minute indoor cycling class set to a motivating playlist. The workout may include sprints, climbs, and endurance rides to help strengthen the legs, improve stamina, and build cardiovascular fitness.

Beginner Spin is designed for students who are new to indoor cycling. Participants can ride at their own pace, explore varied resistance levels, and build confidence in a supportive environment.

Barre

Barre is a low-impact, full-body workout that blends elements of ballet, strength training, and Pilates. Using small, controlled movements and high repetitions, the class focuses on strength, endurance, flexibility, and body control.
