The Human Resource Management curriculum combines UNA’s BBA core with focused study in the people-centered side of business. You’ll take courses in finance, marketing, operations, leadership, business communication, strategy, and artificial intelligence while developing specialized HR knowledge through coursework in negotiation and conflict resolution, employment law, HR analytics and reporting, and more.
