The University of North Alabama’s Bachelor of Business Administration in Innovation and Entrepreneurship program prepares students to think creatively, solve problems, and bring new ideas to life in business settings. Concentrations
Entrepreneurship
The Entrepreneurship concentration focuses on helping students move ideas from concept to launch. Through coursework in innovation, communication, commercialization, venture financing, legal considerations, and entrepreneurial engagement, students build the skills to create, evaluate, fund, and grow new business ideas.
Agile Management and Leadership
The Agile Management & Leadership concentration focuses on leading teams, managing change, and improving how organizations work. Through coursework in agile strategy, project management, leadership, team dynamics, and organizational innovation, students build skills to guide people, solve problems, and move ideas forward in fast-changing business environments.
Curriculum & Coursework
This curriculum combines a strong business foundation with coursework focused on creativity, strategy, leadership, and new venture development. You’ll study core areas like management, marketing, finance, economics, and business communication while building specialized skills in entrepreneurship or agile management and leadership.
