The University of North Alabama’s Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science program prepares students to explore the science of human movement, health, and performance. Build a strong foundation in exercise science while choosing one of three concentrations that align with your professional goals and provide hands-on learning experiences in and beyond the classroom.

Exercise Science Concentrations:
Applied Physiology
An Applied Exercise Physiology concentration prepares students for careers focused on strength and conditioning, fitness, and human performance.
Clinical Physiology
The Clinical Exercise Physiology concentration provides students with the knowledge and practical skills needed to work in clinical and wellness settings serving a variety of populations.
Preprofessional Studies
Designed for students pursuing advanced healthcare careers, the Preprofessional Studies concentration provides a strong foundation for admission to graduate and professional programs.
