Fashion Merchandising and Design (BS)

Program Overview

The BS in Fashion Merchandising and Design prepares students to excel in the world of fashion, retail, merchandising, and more. Through hands-on learning and an internship opportunity, students will learn valuable information regarding clothing construction and design, textiles, and getting the product to the ultimate consumer.

Fashion Merchandising and Design graduates are prepared to work in a variety of areas of fashion, retail, marketing, and more. Some alumni have found careers in apparel publications, apparel wholesaling, apparel design, jewelry design, retail management, historic clothing presentation, special events, styling, and visual presentation. Creative alumni have also made their way into many different avenues of the business world.

Student Experience
