Program Overview
The BS in Culinary Arts Management provides students with hands-on cooking and management skills, from basic principles of fresh food preparation to financial cost control and entrepreneurship. Students participate in high-level projects, organic food procurement, and food service management, with further opportunities in competitions, workshops with guest master chefs, and internships.

Curriculum & Coursework
UNA’s Culinary Arts Management students benefit from hands-on experience that helps them develop the skills needed to work in a wide range of hospitality positions. Coursework covers all of the basics needed to enter the field while also helping students develop skills related to financial cost control and entrepreneurship.

Culinary Arts Management graduates are prepared for a wide range of hospitality positions in restaurants, bistros, cafés, cruise ships, casinos, luxury resorts, and much more.
