The University of Northern Alabama partners with 60 school districts to offer the LEAD Initiative, which enables school employees to advance their careers by obtaining an advanced degree, certification, or micro-credential at a significantly reduced cost. You can earn up to 15% more while spending 33% less.

By combining leadership development with practical experiences, the LEAD Initiative helps prepare graduates to become advocates, innovators, and changemakers in education and beyond.
